He has held senior executive roles across iconic brands, including Nike (where he launched and led the company’s first global diversity initiative), Champion and Wilson Sporting Goods. He also served as Chief of Staff for the Department of Human Resources for the District of Columbia, leading transformational work in public sector leadership and workforce culture. He was also senior advisor to the Director of the United States Mint.
