Jim Cathcart, CSP, CPAE, mentor, author, professional speaker and business leader, is the founder and CEO of Cathcart Institute (founded in 1977), an organization devoted to helping clients create and grow High-Value Relationships. Jim’s forty plus years of study in applied behavioral science has resulted in 21 books published world-wide. His TEDx Video has received over 2.5 million views, and he has been inducted into the Sales & Marketing Hall of Fame.
