Tim Knox is a lifelong entrepreneur who has founded a dozen business startups across multiple industries, including real estate, retail, IT consulting, personal development, marketing, employee recruiting and retention, software development, video marketing, custom software, and others.

Along the way Tim has recruited, hired, trained, and led hundreds of employees, from programmers and engineers to retail salespeople to service teams to real estate agents. Tim is an expert at what motivates and drives individuals to join teams and attain peak performance and production.

In 2018, Tim founded McKinney Knox LLC, which is the umbrella company for several successful real estate ventures, including Revolved Realty, a retail real estate agency with 70 agents and over $150M in sales, Revolved Renovations, which buys distressed properties and restores them for sale on the retail market, and Revolved Properties, which develops and manages AirBNB properties, and short term and corporate rentals.

Over his long career Tim has recruited, hired, trained, mentored, and led hundreds of entrepreneurs and employees, and he understands that it is the focus on the person, not the prospective employee, that leads to successful hiring and retention.
