TRACY MILLER

KEYNOTE SPEAKER, PRESENTATION & COMMUNICATION WORKSHOPS, INTERVIEW & SPEECH COACH

Tracy Miller is a former prosecutor with over 25 years of legal experience, and she was the highest-ranking woman in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. Tracy led the daily operations of this 6th largest district attorney’s office in the nation, including supervising 155 attorneys and operating $140 million dollar budget. Tracy also initiated and lead the Orange County Gang Prevention Partnership (OC GRIP), the largest gang prevention program in the United States. Tracy serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Bar Association, and she is the Chairperson of the Judiciary Committee.

Tracy has prosecuted hundreds of cases throughout her career and has specialized in sexual assault, domestic violence, gang carjacking, robbery, and homicide. She has completed over 80 jury trials. Tracy is a California Police Officer Standard and Training (C.P.O.S.T.) certified Instructor and has provided communication trainings to thousands of people in the last two decades. Tracy began her career as a law clerk for prosecutors Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden on one of the most visible cases in our nation’s history… the OJ Simpson case.

As a communications expert, Tracy transforms leaders to strengthen their skills to positively impact their ability to influence public perception, while retaining and motivating those in their organization, engaging in healthy conflict, setting expectations, and increasing morale. Attendees of her workshops will improve their ability to hold themselves and employees accountable and learn how to use communication methods that prevents division within the organization. The key to transforming perceptions decreasing division, conflict and increases morale through strengthening the communication skills of everyone in the department. Tracy’s workshops are interactive and engaging.

Tracy received her bachelor’s degree in political science from Loyola Marymount University and her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law.
